Rainbow Fruit Platter with Orange Blossom Spray
Ingredients
- Assorted fresh fruits
- Orange blossom water, a couple of teaspoons
- Filtered water, a third of a cup
Preparation
Mix a couple of teaspoons of orange blossom water with a third of a cup of filtered water and put it in a spray bottle.
Prepare a variety of colorful fruits by washing and cutting them as desired.
Arrange the fruits on a platter to create a rainbow effect.
Lightly spritz the mixture over the fruit just before serving.
Tips
Do not use too much orange blossom water as it is quite strong.
Serve the fruit at room temperature to enhance natural sweetness.
