Beyond Meat Vegetarian Hot Dog

Ingredients

  • Brioche hot dog bun
  • Hash brown
  • Beyond Meat sausage
  • Caramelised onions
  • Spray oil
  • Pinch of erythritol gold
  • No added sugar tomato ketchup
  • Salad

Preparation

  1. Fry the hash brown and break it up to place in the bottom of the bun

  2. Fry the Beyond Meat sausage until cooked

  3. Cook the caramelised onions low and slow in a frying pan with a lid, using spray oil

  4. Add a pinch of erythritol gold to the onions at the last minute

  5. Assemble the hot dog by adding sausage, onions, ketchup, and salad into the bun
