Shawarma Spiced Vegetarian Skewers

Ingredients

  • Plant-based chicken strips
  • 1 tablespoon naked gold syrup
  • Shawarma seasoning
  • 4 beyond meat sausages
  • Salad
  • 1/2 tablespoon chilli and garlic sauce

Preparation

  1. Defrost the plant-based chicken strips.

  2. Thread the strips onto skewers and brush with warmed naked gold syrup.

  3. Dust with shawarma seasoning.

  4. Thread the beyond meat sausages onto skewers, brush with the remaining syrup, and dust with shawarma seasoning.

  5. Grill the skewers for 14 minutes, turning occasionally.

  6. Prepare the salad and mix with 1/2 tablespoon of chilli and garlic sauce.

  7. Serve all components together.
