Vegetarian Cheeseburger Toastie

Ingredients

  • 2 naked glory quarter pounders mixed with unbelievable alt beefless pieces, crumbled
  • 2 oxo beefless cubes
  • 1/2 brown onion, diced
  • 20g sainsburys grated mozzarella
  • 2 roberts bakery digestion boost wholemeal bread slices
  • Sliced gherkins
  • 3 asda light cheese slices
  • 2 tablespoons heinz no added sugar tomato sauce
  • Salad

Preparation

  1. Mix the quarter pounders with beefless pieces and crumble them

  2. Add beefless cubes, diced onion, and shape the mixture into a big square

  3. Pan fry the shaped mixture until cooked

  4. Assemble the sandwich with bread, sliced gherkins, cheese slices, and tomato sauce

  5. Place in a Panini press or frying pan and cook until golden and cheese melts

  6. Serve with salad on the side
