Vegetarian Sandwich with Cheese and Greens

Ingredients

  • 7 grain metro roll
  • Lurpak spreadable butter
  • Lambs lettuce
  • Extra mature cheddar
  • Roast chicken style slices
  • Mustard
  • Cheddar and caramelised onion crunchlets

Preparation

  1. Slice the metro roll in half.

  2. Spread the butter on the cut sides of the roll.

  3. Add lambs lettuce to the bottom half.

  4. Layer with extra mature cheddar and roast chicken style slices.

  5. Drizzle with mustard.

  6. Optionally top with cheddar and caramelised onion crunchlets.

  7. Close the sandwich and serve immediately.

  1. This is a quick vegetarian sandwich for a dinner break.
