Vegetarian Pastrami Sandwich with Tomatoes
Ingredients
- 2 slices thick cut multi seed bread
- Butterpak spreadable
- Slices of extra mature cheddar cheese
- NYC deli pastrami style slices
- Mustard
- Wild rocket
- Sunsoaked tomatoes
Preparation
Spread butter on the bread slices.
Layer the cheese, pastrami slices, mustard, wild rocket, and sunsoaked tomatoes on one slice of bread.
Top with the other slice and serve.
Notes
This is a vegetarian sandwich using pastrami-style slices for a meat-free option.
