Sausage Cheese and Mustard Deli Baguette

Ingredients

  • 1 brioche baguette
  • Lincolnshire sausages
  • extra mature cheddar cheese
  • mozzarella cheese
  • mustard

Salad components

  • radishes
  • red onion

Preparation

  1. Slice the sausages and fry them.

  2. Add the extra mature cheddar, grated mozzarella, and a squirt of mustard.

  3. Stir until the cheese is melted.

  4. Fill the baguette with the mixture.

  5. Wrap it to hold it together and place in the oven for 5 minutes to crisp the outside.

  6. Serve with a radish and red onion salad and hickory smoked cheddar and bacon crisps.
