Sausage Cheese and Mustard Deli Baguette
Ingredients
- 1 brioche baguette
- Lincolnshire sausages
- extra mature cheddar cheese
- mozzarella cheese
- mustard
Salad components
- radishes
- red onion
Preparation
Slice the sausages and fry them.
Add the extra mature cheddar, grated mozzarella, and a squirt of mustard.
Stir until the cheese is melted.
Fill the baguette with the mixture.
Wrap it to hold it together and place in the oven for 5 minutes to crisp the outside.
Serve with a radish and red onion salad and hickory smoked cheddar and bacon crisps.
