Veggie Burger Sub Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Beyond Meat burger
  • DairyLea light cheese slices
  • Brioche baguette
  • Hellmann's lighter than light mayonnaise
  • Heinz no added sugar tomato ketchup
  • Baby gem lettuce
  • Red onion
  • Chilli and garlic sauce
  • Nachos

Preparation

  1. Reshape the Beyond Meat burger and fry it until cooked.

  2. Cut the cheese slices in half diagonally.

  3. Split the brioche baguette and pan toast it.

  4. Shred the baby gem lettuce.

  5. Slice the red onion thinly.

  6. Assemble the sub by spreading mayonnaise and ketchup on the toasted baguette, then layer with lettuce, onion, cheese slices, the fried burger, and chilli and garlic sauce.

  7. Serve with nachos on the side.
