Veggie Bacon Burger with Fries
Ingredients
- Beyond Meat burger
- This isn't plant-based bacon lardons
- Skeeters BBQ bacon sauce
- Brioche bun
- Baconaise
- Cheese slice
- Red onions
- Lettuce
- Potatoes for fries
- Salad greens
Preparation
Mix Beyond Meat burger with plant-based bacon lardons and reshape into patties.
Refrigerate the patties until needed.
Pan fry the patties until cooked.
Finish the patties with a spoonful of Skeeters BBQ bacon sauce.
Pan toast the brioche bun.
Assemble the burger with baconaise, cheese slice, red onions, and lettuce.
Cook fries using an air fryer.
Serve with salad.
