Halloween Cyclops Monster Burger
Ingredients
- Beyond Meat burger
- Skeeters Bacon BBQ sauce
- Applewood smoked cheddar
- Brioche bun
- Walkers crisps bugles
- Quail egg
- Hellmanns chilli and garlic sauce
- Black onion seed
- Mayonnaise
- Lettuce
- Heinz no added sugar tomato ketchup
Preparation
Boil the quail egg for 2 minutes.
Pan fry the Beyond Meat burger until cooked and finish with Skeeters Bacon BBQ sauce.
Pan toast the brioche bun.
Melt a slice of cheese and use it to glue the Walkers crisps bugles into the bun for teeth.
Assemble the burger by spreading mayonnaise on the bun, adding lettuce, Heinz no added sugar tomato ketchup, the cooked burger, Applewood smoked cheddar, Hellmanns chilli and garlic sauce, black onion seed, and topping with the boiled quail egg as the eye.
Notes
This burger uses a quail egg instead of pickled onions for the cyclops eye, and avoids non-vegetarian candy eyes.
