Double Smash Patty Burger with Loaded Fries

Ingredients

  • Seeded brioche bun
  • Light mayo
  • Lettuce
  • Beyond meat burger
  • Hash brown onion rings
  • Skeeters New York BBQ sauce
  • Smoked cheddar slice
  • Red skin fries
  • Grated mozzarella
  • Bacon substitute lardons

Preparation

  1. Toast the seeded brioche bun in a pan

  2. Half and reshape the beyond meat burger into flat patties, then pan fry until cooked

  3. Oven cook the hash brown onion rings

  4. Squeeze BBQ sauce into the cooked onion rings

  5. Cook the red skin fries until done

  6. Load the fries with grated mozzarella and pre-fried bacon substitute lardons

  7. Assemble the burger by spreading mayo on the bun, adding lettuce, the smash patty, smoked cheddar slice, and onion rings with sauce
