Vegetarian Halloween Monster Burger

Ingredients

  • Brioche bun
  • 1.5 Beyond Meat burgers
  • Ground black pepper
  • Sea salt
  • Walkers Crisps BBQ bugles
  • Pickled onions
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Cheese slice
  • Lettuce
  • Heinz no added sugar tomato ketchup

Preparation

  1. Toast the brioche bun in a pan until golden.

  2. Season the Beyond Meat burgers with ground black pepper and sea salt, smash into patties, and pan fry until cooked through.

  3. Melt the mozzarella cheese, either in a microwave or on a stovetop.

  4. Assemble the burger by layering lettuce, cheese slice, pickled onions, BBQ bugles, and melted mozzarella on the patties, then drizzle with tomato ketchup and place between the toasted bun halves.

  5. Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
