Plant-Based Fish Finger Toastie

Ingredients

  • 4 plant-based fish fingers
  • Black pepper and sea salt bloomer bread
  • Mozzarella cheese

Preparation

  1. Oven cook the plant-based fish fingers as indicated.

  2. Assemble the toastie with bread, cheese, and the cooked fish fingers.

  3. Pan fry the assembled toastie with rapeseed oil spray.

  4. Flip and fry on the other side until golden.

Tips

  1. If the cheese is not melty, cover with a lid or place in the oven for a few minutes.
