Vegan Beyond Burger with Toppings

Ingredients

  • Beyond burger patty
  • Green Vie mozzarella cheese
  • Brioche bun
  • Red onion
  • Cabbage
  • Lettuce
  • Avocado
  • Gherkin
  • Tomato
  • Ketchup
  • Wholegrain mustard mayo (made with Grey Poupon)
  • Mayonnaise (Hellmann's)
  • Potato wedges with skins
  • Olive oil
  • Beer battered onion rings

Preparation

  1. Toast the brioche bun until golden

  2. Bake the potato wedges with skins in olive oil until crispy

  3. Prepare beer battered onion rings by battering and frying until golden

  4. Cook the Beyond burger patty until heated through

  5. Assemble the burger in the toasted bun with red onion, cabbage, lettuce, avocado, gherkin, tomato, ketchup, wholegrain mustard mayo, and mozzarella cheese

  6. Mix wholegrain mustard (Grey Poupon) with mayonnaise (Hellmann's) to make the sauce if not pre-mixed
