Vegan Kebab Döner Style Pita
Ingredients
- Oumph! Kebab Döner Style
- Seeded wholemeal pita
- Green pepper
- Tomato
- Red onion
- Avocado
- Coriander
- Red cabbage
Sauce
- 1 tablespoon mint sauce
- 50 grams unsweetened yoghurt
Preparation
Make the mint yoghurt sauce by mixing 1 tablespoon of mint sauce with 50 grams of unsweetened yoghurt.
Warm the seeded wholemeal pita.
Fill the pita with Oumph! Kebab Döner Style, green pepper, tomato, red onion, avocado, coriander, and red cabbage.
Add the mint yoghurt sauce to the pita and serve.
