Vegetarian Double Cheeseburger with Fries

Ingredients

  • Small brown onion
  • 1 Naked Glory quarter pounder
  • Smoked paprika
  • Black pepper
  • 30g Pilgrims Choice extra mature cheddar, grated
  • Aldi seed topped Brioche bun
  • Russet potatoes
  • Rocket
  • Heinz no added sugar tomato ketchup
  • Salad

Preparation

  1. Dice and cook the onion in water until softened

  2. Add the cooked onion to the Naked Glory quarter pounder along with smoked paprika and black pepper

  3. Shape the mixture into two thin patties and chill

  4. Fry the patties for a couple of minutes on each side

  5. Top the patties with the grated cheddar and cover the pan to help it melt

  6. Lightly toast the Brioche bun

  7. Prepare fries using russet potatoes in the Actifry device

  8. Assemble the burger with rocket, ketchup, and salad on the toasted bun
