Ayurvedic Shatavari Hemp Milk Relaxation Drink
Ingredients
- 1 cup hemp seed milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp organic date syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1/4 tsp shatavari
- 1 tsp hemp hearts
Preparation
Heat up 1 cup of hemp seed milk.
Add 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp organic date syrup, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, and 1 tsp grated fresh ginger.
Cook on low heat for a minute.
Turn off the heat, add 1/4 tsp shatavari, and stir well.
Serve with added 1 tsp hemp hearts.
Sip and relax with a good book.
