Ayurvedic Shatavari Hemp Milk Relaxation Drink

Ingredients

  • 1 cup hemp seed milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp organic date syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1/4 tsp shatavari
  • 1 tsp hemp hearts

Preparation

  1. Heat up 1 cup of hemp seed milk.

  2. Add 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp organic date syrup, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, and 1 tsp grated fresh ginger.

  3. Cook on low heat for a minute.

  4. Turn off the heat, add 1/4 tsp shatavari, and stir well.

  5. Serve with added 1 tsp hemp hearts.

  6. Sip and relax with a good book.
