Spiced Shatavari Hemp Milk Drink

Ingredients

  • 1 cup hemp seed milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon organic date syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon shatavari
  • 1 teaspoon hemp hearts

Preparation

  1. Heat up 1 cup of hemp seed milk.

  2. Add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of organic date syrup, 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1 teaspoon of grated fresh ginger, then cook on low heat for a minute.

  3. Turn off the heat, add 1/4 teaspoon of shatavari, and stir well.

  4. Serve with an added teaspoon of hemp hearts.
