Spiced Shatavari Hemp Milk Drink
Ingredients
- 1 cup hemp seed milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon organic date syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon shatavari
- 1 teaspoon hemp hearts
Preparation
Heat up 1 cup of hemp seed milk.
Add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of organic date syrup, 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1 teaspoon of grated fresh ginger, then cook on low heat for a minute.
Turn off the heat, add 1/4 teaspoon of shatavari, and stir well.
Serve with an added teaspoon of hemp hearts.
Tips
Start with 1/4 teaspoon of shatavari per day and increase gradually as tolerated.
