Chocolate Coconut Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • pinch cinnamon
  • 1 medjool date, pitted and chopped
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 banana ?

Preparation

  1. Mix everything except banana and date

  2. Combine together then add in date pieces and place in fridge overnight to soak

  3. In the morning add in mashed banana and with a spoon, lightly mash date pieces to mix into oats (should have softened overnight with oats)

  4. Top as desired and enjoy
