Chocolate Coconut Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/8 tsp salt
- pinch cinnamon
- 1 medjool date, pitted and chopped
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 banana ?
Preparation
Mix everything except banana and date
Combine together then add in date pieces and place in fridge overnight to soak
In the morning add in mashed banana and with a spoon, lightly mash date pieces to mix into oats (should have softened overnight with oats)
Top as desired and enjoy
