Coconut Overnight Oats Breakfast with Banana
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk
Preparation
Stir all ingredients except the banana together in a sealable container.
Mash the banana.
Prior to serving, stir in the mashed banana.
Top with desired fruits and enjoy, such as figs or blueberries for added flavor.
