Coconut Overnight Oats Breakfast with Banana

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk

Preparation

  1. Stir all ingredients except the banana together in a sealable container.

  2. Mash the banana.

  3. Prior to serving, stir in the mashed banana.

  4. Top with desired fruits and enjoy, such as figs or blueberries for added flavor.
