Delicious Homemade Coffee Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons coffee
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 cup sweetened milk
  • 2 cups liquid cream

  • cocoa powder

Preparation

  1. Bring a medium-sized cake mold and grease it with oil. Line it with plastic wrap, leaving the edges hanging out for later wrapping.

  2. In a bowl, combine coffee and milk, stir until coffee dissolves, then add sweetened milk and continue stirring to make a smooth sauce.

  3. In a deep bowl, place the cream and use an electric whisk to beat it until fluffy and firm.

  4. Gradually add the coffee mixture in a thin stream while gently whisking until well combined.

  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared mold.

  6. Place in the freezer for several hours.

  7. Remove the ice cream from the mold, place on a serving plate, and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
