Layered Biscuit and Cream Cup Dessert

Ingredients

  • 18 pieces plain biscuits
  • 100 grams cream cheese
  • 1 cup clotted cream
  • 1/2 cup liquid cream
  • 1 packet small strawberry jelly
  • 1 can blueberry sauce
  • 1 cup milk

Preparation

  1. Get transparent cups

  2. In a wide plate, put milk; take 3 pieces of biscuits, dip them in milk, break them, and put in the cup

  3. In a blender bowl, add cream cheese, clotted cream, liquid cream, and strawberry jelly; use the whisk attachment and beat for 2-3 minutes until fluffy

  4. Distribute the mixture into the cups and refrigerate to cool

  5. Distribute the blueberry sauce over the top and serve cold
