Layered Biscuit and Caramel Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ground plain biscuits

First layer

  • 1 cup clotted cream or kaymak
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter

Second layer

  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 6 cubes soft cheese
  • 1 cup caramel cream

Garnish

  • chopped hazelnuts

Preparation

  1. Prepare 6 transparent cups or serving dishes.

  2. Distribute the ground biscuits in the cups.

  3. In a blender pitcher, place the clotted cream, chocolate chips, and peanut butter. Blend on medium speed for a minute until creamy and smooth. Distribute the mixture over the biscuits.

  4. In a blender pitcher, place the condensed milk, soft cheese, and caramel cream. Blend on medium speed for 2-3 minutes until smooth. Distribute the mixture in the cups.

  5. Place the dessert in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight.

  6. Garnish with caramel sauce and chopped hazelnuts. Serve cold.
