Layered Biscuit and Caramel Dessert
Ingredients
- 1 cup ground plain biscuits
First layer
- 1 cup clotted cream or kaymak
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
Second layer
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 6 cubes soft cheese
- 1 cup caramel cream
Garnish
- chopped hazelnuts
Preparation
Prepare 6 transparent cups or serving dishes.
Distribute the ground biscuits in the cups.
In a blender pitcher, place the clotted cream, chocolate chips, and peanut butter. Blend on medium speed for a minute until creamy and smooth. Distribute the mixture over the biscuits.
In a blender pitcher, place the condensed milk, soft cheese, and caramel cream. Blend on medium speed for 2-3 minutes until smooth. Distribute the mixture in the cups.
Place the dessert in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
Garnish with caramel sauce and chopped hazelnuts. Serve cold.
