Delicious Homemade Coffee Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons coffee
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 cup sweetened milk
  • 2 cups liquid cream

Garnish

  • Cocoa powder

Preparation

  1. Bring a medium-sized English cake mold and grease it with oil. Place nylon paper in it with edges left out for later wrapping.

  2. In a bowl, combine coffee and milk, stir to dissolve the coffee. Add sweetened milk and continue stirring to get a smooth sauce.

  3. In a deep bowl, place the cream and beat with an electric whisk until fluffy and holds shape.

  4. Gradually add the coffee mixture in a thin stream while whisking gently to mix well.

  5. Pour the mixture into the mold.

  6. Place in the freezer for several hours.

  7. Place the ice cream on a serving plate and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
