Delicious Homemade Coffee Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons coffee
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 cup sweetened milk
- 2 cups liquid cream
Garnish
- Cocoa powder
Preparation
Bring a medium-sized English cake mold and grease it with oil. Place nylon paper in it with edges left out for later wrapping.
In a bowl, combine coffee and milk, stir to dissolve the coffee. Add sweetened milk and continue stirring to get a smooth sauce.
In a deep bowl, place the cream and beat with an electric whisk until fluffy and holds shape.
Gradually add the coffee mixture in a thin stream while whisking gently to mix well.
Pour the mixture into the mold.
Place in the freezer for several hours.
Place the ice cream on a serving plate and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
