No-Bake Coffee Biscuit Truffles
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee
- 150 grams grated chocolate
- 2 blocks cream cheese, soft
- 2 1/2 cups ground biscuits
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Garnish
- melted chocolate
- ground biscuits
Preparation
In a saucepan, place water and coffee and heat on low heat until coffee dissolves.
Add chocolate and stir gently until melted, then remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Add ground biscuits, cream cheese, cardamom, and cinnamon, and stir to form a smooth dough.
Set aside for a few minutes to allow biscuits to absorb, then check the density and add more biscuits if necessary.
Shape the dough into balls approximately 1 inch in size.
Garnishing
Melt chocolate in a warm water bath.
Prepare a tray with wax paper.
Dip each ball in the melted chocolate to coat well.
Place on the tray and sprinkle with ground biscuits.
Let the dessert set and then serve.
