Sweet Cheese and Caramel Tacos
Ingredients
- Tortilla bread cut into circles
- Melted butter
- Ground biscuits
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Cheese mixture
- 200 grams cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
Preparation
Cut tortilla bread into circles.
Mix ground biscuits with brown sugar and cinnamon.
Coat the tortilla circles in melted butter and then in the biscuit mixture.
Bake or fry until crisp and golden.
In a bowl, combine cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
Fill the prepared taco shells with the cheese mixture.
Drizzle with caramel and serve immediately.
Notes
Use Werthers Original soft toffee caramel for the caramel component.
