Easy Mini Croissant Pudding
Ingredients
- 30 mini chocolate-filled croissants
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1 cup melted butter
- 2 cups soft cream cheese
- 2 cups sweetened condensed milk

Preparation
Prepare a 9-inch baking dish, set the oven rack in the middle, and preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a deep bowl, place the croissants, sugar, cinnamon, and butter and mix them together to combine.
Arrange the croissant pieces vertically in the baking dish, filling it completely without gaps.
In a blender, combine the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk and blend on medium speed until smooth and homogeneous.
Pour the cheese and milk mixture over the croissants in the dish.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until the mixture sets.
Remove from the oven, spread chocolate sauce over it, and serve warm.
