Brazilian Coconut Cheese Tarts
Ingredients
- 200g fresh coconut (or less sweetened coconut flakes)
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 whole eggs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
Preparation
In a bowl combine coconut eggs sweetened condensed milk grated parmesan cheese and melted butter
Mix well with a whisk reserving a little coconut for topping
Pour the batter into molds; if using paper molds place them inside aluminum molds
Sprinkle the reserved coconut on top of each mold
Bake at 180Β°C (350Β°F) for about 30 minutes or until golden
