Brazilian Coconut Cheese Tarts

Ingredients

  • 200g fresh coconut (or less sweetened coconut flakes)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Preparation

  1. In a bowl combine coconut eggs sweetened condensed milk grated parmesan cheese and melted butter

  2. Mix well with a whisk reserving a little coconut for topping

  3. Pour the batter into molds; if using paper molds place them inside aluminum molds

  4. Sprinkle the reserved coconut on top of each mold

  5. Bake at 180Β°C (350Β°F) for about 30 minutes or until golden
