Brazilian Inverted Churros Cake
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
Preparation
Blend the eggs, milk, sugar, and oil in a blender, then add the flour, cinnamon, and baking powder
Grease a baking pan with plenty of margarine or butter, add the condensed milk, and then pour the batter on top
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius for about 1 hour
Let cool for 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate
