Brazilian Inverted Churros Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

Preparation

  1. Blend the eggs, milk, sugar, and oil in a blender, then add the flour, cinnamon, and baking powder

  2. Grease a baking pan with plenty of margarine or butter, add the condensed milk, and then pour the batter on top

  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius for about 1 hour

  4. Let cool for 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate
