Boiled Eggs and Avocado Toast with Greens

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 slice sourdough bread
  • 1/2 avocado
  • paprika
  • kale
  • squash
  • ghee

Preparation

  1. Boil 2 eggs for 6 minutes for runny yolks.

  2. Toast the sourdough bread

  3. Mash 1/2 avocado and spread on the toast, then top with paprika.

  4. Sauté kale and squash in ghee for a few minutes.

  5. Serve the boiled eggs alongside the avocado toast and sautéed greens.
