Boiled Eggs and Avocado Toast with Greens
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 slice sourdough bread
- 1/2 avocado
- paprika
- kale
- squash
- ghee
Preparation
Boil 2 eggs for 6 minutes for runny yolks.
Toast the sourdough bread
Mash 1/2 avocado and spread on the toast, then top with paprika.
Sauté kale and squash in ghee for a few minutes.
Serve the boiled eggs alongside the avocado toast and sautéed greens.
