Lasagna Made with Pancake Batter
Ingredients
Sauce
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 300 g ground beef
- 1 cup tomato paste
- hot water and salt to taste
Batter
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 vegetable bouillon cube
- chopped scallions to taste
Assembly
- 400 g mozzarella cheese
- 400 g ham
- grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
Sauce
In a saucepan, heat the oil, sautΓ© the onion and fry the ground beef until browned
Add the tomato paste, mix and add hot water until reaching a sauce with a good consistency
Season to taste and set aside
Batter
Blend the milk, flour, eggs, vegetable bouillon cube dissolved in a little hot water, and scallions in a blender
Heat a non-stick skillet with a few drops of oil to prevent the batter from sticking
Pour small amounts of batter with a ladle, spreading on the bottom of the skillet
Make thin pancakes until the batter is used up
Assembly
In a baking dish, layer the lasagna starting with sauce, then pancake layers, mozzarella, and ham
The last layer should be mozzarella and sauce
Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese and bake in a hot oven until the cheese melts
