Lasagna Made with Pancake Batter

Ingredients

Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 300 g ground beef
  • 1 cup tomato paste
  • hot water and salt to taste

Batter

  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 vegetable bouillon cube
  • chopped scallions to taste

Assembly

  • 400 g mozzarella cheese
  • 400 g ham
  • grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

Sauce

  1. In a saucepan, heat the oil, sautΓ© the onion and fry the ground beef until browned

  2. Add the tomato paste, mix and add hot water until reaching a sauce with a good consistency

  3. Season to taste and set aside

Batter

  1. Blend the milk, flour, eggs, vegetable bouillon cube dissolved in a little hot water, and scallions in a blender

  2. Heat a non-stick skillet with a few drops of oil to prevent the batter from sticking

  3. Pour small amounts of batter with a ladle, spreading on the bottom of the skillet

  4. Make thin pancakes until the batter is used up

Assembly

  1. In a baking dish, layer the lasagna starting with sauce, then pancake layers, mozzarella, and ham

  2. The last layer should be mozzarella and sauce

  3. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese and bake in a hot oven until the cheese melts
