Easy Bolognese Lasagna with Precooked Noodles
Ingredients
- 1 package pre-cooked lasagna noodles
- 200 g sliced mozzarella cheese
- 200 g ham
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 cup (200ml) water
- 500 g ground beef
- 1 can corn
- Seasoning to taste
Preparation
Sauce
Cook the ground beef with desired seasonings
Add the tomato sauce and corn after the beef is cooked
Ensure there is plenty of thin broth to facilitate the pasta cooking
Add more water if needed
Optionally add dried basil or oregano to enhance the flavor
Assembly
Place two ladles of broth in a medium baking dish for the first layer of raw pasta
Alternate layers of pasta with fillings as preferred
Always add ladles of broth to the filling so the pasta remains submerged in the meat broth
Cover with cheese and sprinkle oregano
Preheat the oven to 200Β°C and bake for about 30 minutes
