Veggie Dumplings and Ramen
Ingredients
- 1 liter or 34 oz vegetable stock
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger minced
- 2 tablespoons sesame or vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- Handful of chopped mushrooms
- 1 scallion
- Ramen noodles
- Veggie dumplings
Preparation
Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté garlic and ginger for 2-3 minutes
Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, and vegetable stock.
Put on a lid and bring to a simmer.
Cook ramen noodles until done, likely in the simmering stock
Add mushrooms, scallion, and veggie dumplings, then serve.
