Non-Alcoholic Watermelon Chili Margarita

Ingredients

  • 2 oz @lyresspiritco Agave Blanco Spirit
  • 2 oz watermelon juice
  • 0.5 oz @absolute_organic premium agave syrup
  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
  • 2 thin slices jalapeño rounds

Preparation

  1. Mix 1 part kosher salt and 1 part chilli flakes.

  2. Run a wedge of lime across the top of a rock glass.

  3. Coat the rim in chilli salt mixture.

  4. Briefly shake all ingredients with ice.

  5. Strain into glass over fresh ice and garnish with a thin watermelon wedge.

Notes

  1. Agave syrup is a fabulous natural sweetener for any type of drink.
