Berry Crumble with Coconut Yoghurt and Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • Berry bottom
  • 4 cups frozen or fresh blackberries and bluebs
  • 2 T of coconut sugar
  • 2 T of maple sugar
  • 1 T of lemon juice
  • 2 T of arrowroot powder
  • mix in a bowl and set it aside
  • Crumble top
  • 3/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup of almond flour
  • 3/4 cup of rolled oats
  • 2 T of coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 dairy free butter, melted

Preparation

  1. Combine

  2. Preheat oven to 350F

  3. Place berry mixture on the bottom of a 9 inch pie pan

  4. Sprinkle crumble on top

  5. Cook for 55 minutes or until it starts bubble and there's a lovely browning on top of crumble
