5 Ingredient Almond Cranberry Cookies

Ingredients

  • 200g almond flour
  • 14 soft dates
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp almond milk
  • handful of dried cranberries (or raisins or choc chips) .

Preparation

  1. Handful of dried cranberries (or raisins or choc chips)

  2. Preheat the oven to 180c

  3. Put everything except the cranberries in a food processor, mix until combined into a cookie dough

  4. Add the cranberries and pulse until evenly distributed through the dough

  5. Roll a tbsp of mixture in your hands and press into cookie shapes onto a lined baking tray

  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden

  7. Yes, I did over bake these ??‍♀️ my oven was on 200c
