5 Ingredient Almond Cranberry Cookies
Ingredients
- 200g almond flour
- 14 soft dates
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 3 tbsp almond milk
- handful of dried cranberries (or raisins or choc chips) .
Preparation
Handful of dried cranberries (or raisins or choc chips)
Preheat the oven to 180c
Put everything except the cranberries in a food processor, mix until combined into a cookie dough
Add the cranberries and pulse until evenly distributed through the dough
Roll a tbsp of mixture in your hands and press into cookie shapes onto a lined baking tray
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden
Yes, I did over bake these ??♀️ my oven was on 200c
