Peach Cobbler Crumble

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1 tbsp green banana flour
  • or coconut flour)
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tbsp flax meal
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • cinnamon
  • sea salt
  • banana cream sauce:
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup almond or coconut milk

Preparation

  1. Directions: blend the Brazil nuts and cashews until crumbly (but not fully powdered)

  2. Transfer to a bowl and mix in remaining ingredients until well combined

  3. Spread mixture onto a lined baking sheet and bake at 350 for about 15 minutes, checking on it to make sure it doesn’t burn

  4. Once it’s browned, it’s done
