Peach Cobbler Crumble
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1 tbsp green banana flour
- or coconut flour)
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tbsp flax meal
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- cinnamon
- sea salt
- banana cream sauce:
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 tbsp coconut cream
- 1/4 cup almond or coconut milk
Preparation
Directions: blend the Brazil nuts and cashews until crumbly (but not fully powdered)
Transfer to a bowl and mix in remaining ingredients until well combined
Spread mixture onto a lined baking sheet and bake at 350 for about 15 minutes, checking on it to make sure it doesn’t burn
Once it’s browned, it’s done
