Chocolate Swirled Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup lucuma or coconut sugar
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp nut butter (i used tahini)
  • 1 1/2 almond flour
  • 1/4 cup green banana flour or coconut flour
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup extra dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tbsp swirled cacao powder
  • i used yoursuperfoods)
  • sea salt to sprinkle

Preparation

  1. Mix all wet ingredients and nut butter

  2. Mix in flours, protein and bake foowser

  3. Fold in chocolate chips

  4. Mix until clumps are gone

  5. Pour unto greased bread pan

  6. Swirl cacao powder

  7. Sprinkle sea salt

  8. Bake for 30 minutes at 350
