Vegan Banana Oatmeal Breakfast Bars
Ingredients
- 2 mashed ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil or vegan butter
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1 cup gf oats
- 2 tablespoons flax meal
- dash of cinnamon
- 1/4 cup mini vegan chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Optional
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 teaspoon Maca powder
Preparation
Mix banana, milk, maple, and butter in a large bowl until creamy
Add flour, oats, cinnamon, flax meal, baking powder and chocolate; mix well and let sit for about 5-10 minutes
Pour into a lightly oiled 8x8 baking dish and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until baked through
