Coconut and Seed Tahini Bars
Ingredients
- tahini: 1/3rd c melted
- coconut oil: 11/2 t melted
- xylitol: 2/3rd c
- seed and currant mix: 1 c
- almond flour: 1/3rd c
- desiccated coconut: 2/3rd c
- coconut cream: 1 t
- unsweetened almond milk: 1/3rd c
- salt : 1 pinch
Preparation
Preheat oven to 175C
Mix tahini and coconut oil in a bowl to form a smooth mixture. Stir in xylitol followed by the remaining ingredients
Spread the mixture on a lined baking tray and bake for 35 mins till the top begins to brown. Let cool before slicing
