Coconut and Seed Tahini Bars

Ingredients

  • tahini: 1/3rd c melted
  • coconut oil: 11/2 t melted
  • xylitol: 2/3rd c
  • seed and currant mix: 1 c
  • almond flour: 1/3rd c
  • desiccated coconut: 2/3rd c
  • coconut cream: 1 t
  • unsweetened almond milk: 1/3rd c
  • salt : 1 pinch

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 175C

  2. Mix tahini and coconut oil in a bowl to form a smooth mixture. Stir in xylitol followed by the remaining ingredients

  3. Spread the mixture on a lined baking tray and bake for 35 mins till the top begins to brown. Let cool before slicing
