Colorful Kaleidoscope Yoghurt and Fruit Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 45g granola
  • 180g yoghurt
  • 120g fruit (mix of strawberries, kiwi, pomegranate, and figs)
  • 20g crushed hazelnuts

Preparation

  1. Spoon yoghurt around the edge of a plate in dollops, then swipe each one inwards with the back of a spoon to make petal-like shapes.

  2. Add a pile of granola in the middle to create the kaleidoscope centre.

  3. Decorate with bright fruit such as berries, kiwi, mango, or figs, and sprinkle with nuts or seeds for extra crunch.
