Walnut and Cinnamon Waffle

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup walnut flour
  • 1/2 cup wholegrain flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1.5 cups plant milk

Toppings

  • oat yogurt
  • micro mint leaves
  • fruit

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together to make the batter.

  2. Cook the batter in a waffle machine for 10 minutes.

  3. Top with oat yogurt, micro mint leaves, and fruit.

  4. Alternatively, use the batter for pancakes and fry each side for 2-3 minutes before topping.
