Mini Knafeh with Fruits
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup melted ghee
- 1 cup sliced pistachios
- 1 cup cashew halves
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 250 grams knafeh dough
- 1 cup qashata cheese
- 1 banana, sliced
- 3 strawberries, sliced
- 1 kiwi, sliced
- 1 slice pineapple
For serving
- Syrup or qater
- Chocolate sauce
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix knafeh dough with melted ghee until well coated.
Layer the mixture in a baking dish and add qashata cheese and nuts on top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
Top with sliced fruits.
Drizzle with syrup and chocolate sauce before serving.
