Banana Bread Chia Oats Jar
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 3/4 cup plant-based milk
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup plant-based milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons coconut-based yogurt
Blueberry compote
- 1 cup blueberries
- maple syrup
Whipped coffee
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee
- 2 tablespoons water
Optional
- granola
- fresh fruits
- jam
Preparation
Blueberry compote
Simmer 1 cup of blueberries in a small pot on low heat for 10 minutes.
Add a little bit of maple syrup.
Remove from heat and let it cool.
Whipped coffee
Blend 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of instant coffee, and 2 tablespoons of boiling water until frothy.
Banana bread chia oats
Soak the chia seeds and oats as prepared for at least an hour or overnight in the fridge.
Mash the banana
Mix the mashed banana, chia pudding, oat porridge, maple syrup, and yogurt together.
In a jar, place the compote at the bottom.
Scoop the mixture into the jar.
Top with more yogurt and compote.
Dollop the whipped coffee on top.
Serve and enjoy.
