Healthy No-Sugar Breakfast Mix

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fox nuts (makhana)
  • 1-2 cups chickpeas (chana)
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 3/4 cup mixed nuts (walnuts, cashews, almonds)
  • 1/4 cup flaxseeds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds

Preparation

  1. Roast the fox nuts in ghee until crispy.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the roasted fox nuts, chickpeas, oats, mixed nuts, flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds.

  3. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

  4. Store the mixture in an airtight container for easy access.

  5. To serve, pair with no-sugar mango yogurt sweetened with dates.
