Easy Homemade Crunchy Muesli with Nuts and Seeds

Ingredients

  • 60 g cashew nuts
  • 200 g rolled oats
  • 100 g ground almonds
  • 100 g raisins
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp ground golden flaxseeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 5 tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp neutral cooking oil (e.g., sunflower oil)
  • 3 tbsp liquid honey

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C conventional or 180°C fan

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

  3. Chop the cashew nuts

  4. In a bowl, mix the chopped cashew nuts, rolled oats, ground almonds, raisins, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, ground golden flaxseeds, and cinnamon

  5. Add the maple syrup, oil, and honey and mix well

  6. Spread the mixture on the prepared baking sheet using a spoon

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown

  8. Let cool completely on the baking sheet

Tips

  1. Store in an airtight container for at least 8 weeks
