Overnight Oats with Chia and Flax Seeds
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup whole rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- unsweetened almond milk
Toppings
- almond butter
- honey
- berries
Preparation
Add oats, chia seeds, flax seeds, and cinnamon to a mason jar.
Pour unsweetened almond milk until oats are totally covered, then add a few more splashes.
Mix well.
Put in the fridge overnight to set.
In the morning, top with almond butter, honey, and serve with berries.
