Overnight Oats with Chia and Flax Seeds

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup whole rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • unsweetened almond milk

Toppings

  • almond butter
  • honey
  • berries

Preparation

  1. Add oats, chia seeds, flax seeds, and cinnamon to a mason jar.

  2. Pour unsweetened almond milk until oats are totally covered, then add a few more splashes.

  3. Mix well.

  4. Put in the fridge overnight to set.

  5. In the morning, top with almond butter, honey, and serve with berries.
