Vegan Reese's Peanut Butter Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 3/4 cup oats
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup sugar of choice
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1.5 cup non-dairy milk
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Warm the milk in a small pot over low heat, add in the peanut butter and stir until it melts.
In a separate bowl, sift together the remaining dry ingredients and add in the peanut butter milk mixture.
Fill a lined muffin tin about 2/3 full and bake for 15 minutes.
