Vegan Cashew Cookies with Protein Powder
Ingredients
- 10 tbs oats
- 1 banana
- a handful cashews
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp chickpea flour
- vanilla drops
- 1 tbsp protein powder
- 2 extra tbs oats
Preparation
Spread protein powder on tray
Form balls
Press down and add a cashew
Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes
