Vegan Cashew Cookies with Protein Powder

Ingredients

  • 10 tbs oats
  • 1 banana
  • a handful cashews
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp chickpea flour
  • vanilla drops
  • 1 tbsp protein powder
  • 2 extra tbs oats

Preparation

  1. Spread protein powder on tray

  2. Form balls

  3. Press down and add a cashew

  4. Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes
