Apple Pie French Toast Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 apple
- 1 scoop women's best fit whey protein powder
- cinnamon (or pumpkin spice)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp almond milk
- 30 grams oatmeal
- splash of vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
Preparation
Warm the apple in the microwave before blending.
Blend all the ingredients together.
Pour the batter onto a baking sheet or pan to form pancakes and bake until golden brown.
