Apple Pie French Toast Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 1 scoop women's best fit whey protein powder
  • cinnamon (or pumpkin spice)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • 30 grams oatmeal
  • splash of vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg white

Preparation

  1. Warm the apple in the microwave before blending.

  2. Blend all the ingredients together.

  3. Pour the batter onto a baking sheet or pan to form pancakes and bake until golden brown.
